Responsibilities
Provide Tier 2 support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, conference room technologies, and remote connectivity
Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, Microsoft Office, browsers, and LPL applications while meeting established SLAs
Configure, deploy, reimage, and decommission devices in alignment with corporate standards and security policies
Support remote and hybrid employees, including VPN connectivity, device setup, and mobility tools
Contribute to knowledge base development, ITIL processes, and continuous improvement of support operations
Qualification
Required
Ability to work fully onsite in an LPL corporate office to support in‑person employee technology needs
Hands‑on experience supporting Windows and macOS environments and resolving hardware and software issues
Proficiency with workstation setup, remote connectivity (VPN), conference room technologies, and basic networking
Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Citrix VDI, and mobile device support
Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused approach to issue resolution
Technical troubleshooting skills with attention to detail and follow‑through
Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and support diverse user groups
Strong organizational skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment
