They are looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst Intern to support the team in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and data analysis, while assisting in strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities
Assist in budgeting and forecasting by gathering financial data and updating financial models
Support monthly and quarterly financial reporting, including variance analysis of actual vs. forecasted results
Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business growth
Work with large datasets to generate insights and support business decisions
Prepare presentations and reports for senior management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant financial and operational data
Assist in ad-hoc projects, such as cost analysis, revenue projections, and process improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling) and PowerPoint
Willing to learn financial statements and key financial metrics
Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
Strong communication and teamwork skills
