Responsibilities
Support the tactical execution of trade shows and marketing events
Coordinate deliveries, shipments, and on-site logistics for event materials
Assist with asset management, including tracking, storage, and inventory of trade show assets
Communicate with vendors and internal teams to support event readiness and execution
Track budgets, invoices, and expenses related to trade shows and events
Support projects of varying size and scope, managing multiple timelines and priorities
Maintain event documentation, timelines, and execution checklists
Qualification
Required
Junior or Senior currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Planning, or a related field
Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Interest in marketing events, trade shows, and experimental marketing
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Preferred
familiarity with project management tools
