Maintenance Reliability Engineer

As a Maintenance Reliability Engineer, you will lead HVAC maintenance, troubleshoot equipment breakdowns, and collaborate across teams to optimize system performance and improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
Participate in, and provide support for, resolution of urgent process/equipment issues as they occur
Develop maintenance procedures and methods
Support craftsmen performing all facets of maintenance work and responding to equipment faults
Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns
Specify replacement parts and ensuring the equipment is functioning correctly
Inspect jobs to verify the work is performed correctly
Monitor and control maintenance costs
Lead responses for emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs
Support the HVAC team to continually improve with an eye toward improving productivity and efficiency across all shifts
Work with all HVAC teams to optimize systems performance
Participates on cross-functional teams, leading departmental teams/meetings and serve as a facilitator for the department
Apply knowledge of relevant best practices to all Maintenance SOP’s
Qualification
Required
B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or related field
2-year minimum experience in a Maintenance department
3+ years of experience in an Engineering environment
Skilled in MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Flexible and team oriented
Preferred
Semiconductor experience preferred
