Responsibilities
Train new and current agencies on the correct use of placement files and recall files
Review the files for correct data, test file in ODR's system, send any errors or questions to each agency and offer support
Validate that the file is accurately imported in ODR's system of record and acknowledge such on the tracker
Provide skip trace expertise for agencies needing demographic information
Qualification
Required
Four years of experience in administrative services, health services, social services, or engineering
Six years of full-time work experience in any field plus one year of experience in administrative services, health services, social services, or engineering
A bachelor's degree plus one year of experience in administrative services, health services, social services, or engineering
An advanced degree or a Juris Doctorate
Every 30 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as one year of experience towards the six years of full-time work experience in any field. The maximum substitution allowed is 120 semester hours which substitutes for a maximum of four years of experience in any field
The ability to assess options, weigh risks, and make sound decisions using available information and logical reasoning
The ability to analyze information objectively, identify connections across sources, and form logical, well supported conclusions
The ability to collect, analyze, and use data to generate insights and inform decisions
A Tax and Natural Disaster Clearance will be conducted on all selected applicants to validate the timely submission of tax returns and payments
A criminal history records check of a prospective employee who will access federal tax information to perform job duties
