HELP DESK SUPPORT SPECIALIST - HYBRID

The Helpdesk Support Specialist will be the first point of contact for end users, providing technical assistance and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues to ensure high user satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Respond to, log, and track technical support tickets from end users
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and operating system issues
Configure, install, and maintain equipment and operating systems
Provide remote technical support as needed
Document procedures, solutions, and troubleshooting steps
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate teams
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of support tickets and statuses
Assist with maintaining and updating IT equipment inventory
Ensure a positive user experience and high level of customer satisfaction
Participate in training sessions, technical meetings, and ongoing professional development
Qualification
Required
Proven experience with Microsoft 365 administration
Strong working knowledge of Office 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience with Microsoft 365 security and compliance features
Ability to work on site in the Detroit area at least 10% of the time (48202 zip code)
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Prior experience in a helpdesk or technical support environment
