Responsibilities
Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to improve data visibility and improve reporting automation
Build and maintain internal database to support reporting need
Provide management related support to the Executives
Assist the Associate Manager, Operational Analytics internal process optimizations to enhance business operations efficiency
Assist the Associate Manager with internal ad-hoc Excel report requests throughout the company
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting or a related area is required
1- 3 years of experience in a similar role
Strong Excel skills required (Excel proficiency assessment may be administered as part of the interview process)
Proficient in other Microsoft Office apps (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Ability to grasp new concepts quickly; well-organized and able to work independently
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred
Master's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or a related area
Experience with NetSuite CRM, PeopleSoft, and/or OpenAir
Experience with Microsoft Fabric (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Query, etc.)
Experience in professional services companies
