Responsibilities
Configure, maintain, and support Windows and macOS endpoints
First level support of production workstations and shop-floor systems
Learn and support specialized local manufacturing software
Troubleshoot network connectivity issues across office and production areas
Deploy new equipment and support small-to-medium IT projects
Maintain IT documentation, diagrams, and inventory
Qualification
Required
Experience supporting Windows and macOS devices
Strong troubleshooting skills (hardware, software, network)
Ability to learn new and specialized manufacturing software
Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial environments
Preferred
Knowledge of JAMF Pro (JAMF is a plus)
Experience with Microsoft/macOS
Basic networking troubleshooting skills
Familiarity with shop-floor devices such as label printers, and MES systems
