Qualification
Required
Strong analytical skills to evaluate data, identify patterns, and provide actionable insights
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders
Proficiency in Sales and Operations Management to support project-related goals and objectives
Experience or coursework in Project Management to assist with planning, coordination, and execution of projects
Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment, with strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in productivity and project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, project tracking software) is advantageous
Preferred
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
