Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end testing activities across projects
Coordinate testing efforts between onshore and offshore QA teams
Prepare and review all testing artifacts, including Test Strategy, Test Plans, Test Cases, Defect Documentation, Test Summary Reports, and Test Closure documents
Ensure applications and features are fully tested, reviewed, and signed off prior to production deployment
Delegate and manage team tasks to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
Drive defect triage, validation, and resolution processes
Collaborate effectively with business partners and stakeholders
Proactively participate in stakeholder meetings, asking clarifying questions and providing testing insights
Qualification
Required
8-10 years of experience in QA and Testing, including test management
Strong expertise in functional testing and test artifact preparation
Proven experience working in Agile and Waterfall environments
Strong test case design, execution, validation, and analytical skills
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to work independently with minimal direction
Preferred
Hands-on experience with at least one test automation framework (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, TestNG, JUnit)
Ability to identify automation candidates and review automation scripts
Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
Exposure to AI-assisted productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or similar)
Ability to leverage AI for test documentation, defect analysis, test coverage improvement, and automation of repetitive QA tasks
