Responsibilities

Lead and manage strategic programs from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, operations, finance, and executive leadership
Develop detailed program plans, including scope, timelines, resources, budgets, risk management, and communication strategies
Monitor and report on program performance using KPIs and status dashboards
Identify and manage program risks and issues, driving resolution and mitigation plans
Facilitate regular program reviews and executive briefings
Champion best practices in program and project management methodologies
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies and implementing improvements
Mentor and guide junior project and program managers

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
8+ years of experience in project/program management, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role
Proven success managing large, complex, cross-functional programs
Strong understanding of project management tools (e.g. Atlassian Jira and Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet)
Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
Experience working in fast-paced and matrixed environments

Preferred

PMP, PgMP, or other relevant project/program management certification
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
Background in Fintech and/or Banking
Experience managing distributed teams
