Responsibilities

Lead electrical engineering delivery for utility and power projects
Mentor junior and mid-level engineers
Engage directly with clients from concept development through detailed design
Support proposal development, scope definition, and man-hour estimates
Collaborate with Client Account Managers on strategic pursuits
Serve in Owner’s Engineer, technical advisory, or contract management roles
Anticipate technical and delivery risks while managing multi-disciplinary teams

Required

10+ years of professional Electrical Engineering experience
Majority experience in Utility / Power projects
Active Professional Engineer (PE) license (any U.S. state) or ability to obtain within 1 year
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
US Citizenship required
Willing to work hybrid in Fort Worth, TX (fully remote not eligible)

Power distribution systems, microgrids
Generation projects >10MW
HV/MV substations
Renewable energy and energy storage systems
Power system modeling (ETAP, SKM, or similar)
Protection & Control, SCADA, automation
Campus utility master planning or decarbonization initiatives
