Responsibilities
Act as a right hand to the founders, managing priorities, follow ups, and execution
Prepare briefs, analyses, decks, and decision support materials
Drive cross functional initiatives from idea through to execution
Bring clarity and structure to messy, fast moving problems
Build simple operational systems that improve how the company runs
Qualification
Required
1–3 years experience in a high intensity strategy or consulting environment e.g. McKinsey, Bain or BCG
Trained in structured problem solving, executive communication, and fast paced delivery
Strong ownership mindset and comfort operating with ambiguity
High personal standards and a bias toward action
