Responsibilities
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions for multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and proper approvals
Calculate invoices, process payments, print checks, and assist with collections (B2B)
Maintain accurate vendor records, including W-9s and supporting documentation
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely and professional manner
Assist with weekly payroll processing for multiple entities
Support client billing and contract reconciliations
Assist with credit card reconciliations and maintain proper documentation
Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems for invoices and records
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable federal and state regulations
Prepare ad hoc reports and assist with other accounting duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
General knowledge of accounting principles and accounts payable processes
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Ability to identify discrepancies and escalate issues appropriately
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Self-motivated, professional, and eager to learn
Associate's degree in Accounting, Business Management, or a related field required
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word required
Preferred
1–3 years of accounting or related experience preferred
Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
Payroll processing experience is a plus
