Qualification
Required
Knowledge and experience in Loan Officers and the Mortgage Industry
Familiarity with Mortgage Lending and Underwriting processes
Strong Customer Service skills to foster positive client relationships
Excellent communication, organization, and negotiation skills
Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environment
Current NMLS license and compliance with relevant regulatory requirements
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred
Previous experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer or similar role is an advantage
