Responsibilities
Manage and manipulate structured data
Build business intelligence tools
Conduct analysis to distinguish patterns and recognize trends
Perform normalization operations and assuring data quality
Create specifications to bring data into a common structure
Create product specifications and models
Develop data solutions to support performing analysis and interpreting results
Develop actionable insights and present recommendations for use across the company
Partner with stakeholders to understand data requirements and develop tools and models such as segmentation, dashboards, data visualizations, decision aids and business case analysis to support the organization
Produce and manage the delivery of activity and value analytics to external stakeholders and clients
Build solutions, perform analysis, and interpret data
Work on predominately descriptive and regression-based analytics and leverage subject matter expert views in the design of their analytics and algorithms
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Statistical Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or in a Data Analyst-related occupation
3 Years of experience in SQL
3 Years of experience in Python
3 Years of experience in SAS
3 Years of experience in Business intelligence or data visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau
3 Years of experience in Cloud-based data platform Azure Databricks
3 Years of experience in Medical claims or pharmacy claims data analysis
3 Years of experience in Machine learning techniques including regression analysis, predictive modeling, time-series analysis, and clustering
3 Years of experience in Handling large-scale datasets, including cleaning, integrating, analyzing, and interpreting data from multiple sources
3 Years of experience in Version control tools such as Git or GitHub
3 Years of experience in Microsoft Excel
In the alternative, a Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistical Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field and 1 year of experience in the job offered or in a Data Analyst-related occupation
1 Year of experience in SQL
1 Year of experience in Python
1 Year of experience in SAS
1 Year of experience in Business intelligence or data visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau
