Communicate with team, witnesses, and opposing counsel to ensure complete information is gathered and organized in a timely fashion
Utilize electronic format to organize and index medical records and prepare detailed documents and other party records chronologies, identifying and obtaining missing records or materials
Experience in legal document preparation, particularly propounding and responding to discovery and preparing initial, expert, and supplemental disclosures
Experience tracking and recording time using Prolaw or similar legal billing software
Use communication, experience, docketed deadlines, and knowledge of civil procedure rules as a guide
Must possess strong attention to detail, be highly organized, and communicate effectively
Qualification
Required
5+ years of paralegal experience
Must be well-versed in both federal and state court procedures
Communicate with team, witnesses, and opposing counsel to ensure complete information is gathered and organized in a timely fashion
Experience handling multiple attorneys with full caseloads
Utilize electronic format to organize and index medical records and prepare detailed documents and other party records chronologies, identifying and obtaining missing records or materials
Experience in legal document preparation, particularly propounding and responding to discovery and preparing initial, expert, and supplemental disclosures
Experience tracking and recording time using Prolaw or similar legal billing software
