Enterprise Business Development Manager
Concentric Corporation is seeking an Enterprise Business Development Manager to lead high-value, relationship-driven sales efforts with large, multi-location customers in Omaha, NE. This full-cycle sales role focuses on developing new enterprise relationships and closing complex deals with national and regional accounts.

Responsibilities
Own and execute the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through contract close
Identify and pursue large enterprise prospects with multi-site operations and complex buying structures
Generate new opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold outreach, networking, and strategic targeting
Build and maintain relationships with senior decision makers across large organizations
Develop and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunities
Lead discovery conversations to understand customer scope, timelines, and project drivers
Position project and program solutions aligned to customer operational and capital needs
Coordinate with internal estimating and operations teams to develop accurate proposals
Present solutions, negotiate terms, and close high-value deals
Maintain detailed pipeline and activity tracking in CRM systems
Collaborate with leadership on territory strategy and target account planning
Support long-cycle deal development typical of enterprise and program-based work
Qualification
Required
Three or more years of enterprise or large-account B2B sales experience
Proven success managing full sales cycle from lead generation through close
Demonstrated experience selling into large, multi-location organizations
Strong outbound prospecting and cold outreach capability
Experience managing long sales cycles and complex buying groups
Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Comfortable operating with autonomy and accountability
Preferred
Experience closing multi-million-dollar annual sales volumes
Background in construction, facilities, or project-based services sales
Experience selling programmatic or rollout-style projects across multiple sites
Established enterprise contact network in target verticals
