Responsibilities
Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner
Verify invoices for accuracy, proper approvals, and correct coding
Enter financial and administrative data into accounting and internal systems
Maintain organized digital and physical records of invoices and payments
Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies
Communicate with vendors and internal teams regarding invoice questions or payment status
Assist with month-end closing tasks related to accounts payable
Support general administrative or accounting projects as needed
Handle company credit card reconciliation and related recordkeeping
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable working with numbers and financial data
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Preferred
1–3 years of experience in accounts payable, data entry, or a related role preferred
associate degree or coursework in accounting or finance is a plus
experience with Sage 100 is a plus
