In this role, you will oversee a team of sales representatives, motivate them to achieve their goals, and ensure excellent customer service while managing daily workflows and reporting metrics.

Responsibilities
Manage a team mixed with veteran and green sales staff – help motivate and inspire the team to hit their goals
Drive team to bring in revenue
Track the results and successes of the sales team
Responsible for reporting and tracking of the metrics of the department – this will be light administrative work as the goal is to be out in front of the team acting as the motivator
Oversee the daily workflow of the sales team
Interview, hire and mentor new employees
Conduct ride along/shadowing appointments with sales representatives
Run appointments in addition to the managerial responsibilities

Required

Creative Problem Solver: You love the idea of helping homeowners fulfill their outdoor living dreams through projects that add lasting value and beauty
Successful proven outside sales experience; in-home sales (preferred)
Sales manager experience
Have a lot of GRIT and do what it takes to make things happen
Strong creative or design experience
Very resourceful personality
Consider yourself a 'people person'
High integrity, ethics, and a positive mindset
Display a commitment to self-development/self-improvement
Coach-able and open to new ideas
Enjoys working with a team that has a strong culture and then adding to it
Preferred
Bachelor's degree a Plus
