Responsibilities

Develop and execute a clear, intentional plan for business relationship building
Track your activities and communicate who you are targeting and why you think they fit our ideal customer profile
Maintain an active presence in the community through in-person meetings, events, and introductions
Break through digital barriers by converting emails and messages into real face to face conversations
Serve as the first point of contact for inbound leads
Qualify and respectfully disqualify opportunities based on our ICP
Own the first 13 months of the customer relationship

Required

Local Presence Required in Goshen Indiana
Ability to build new business relationships
Resilience and natural ability to listen and understand customers
Ability to meet customers where they are and help them achieve their goals
Experience with a fast sales cycle of 90 days
Ability to develop and execute a clear, intentional plan for business relationship building
Ability to track activities and communicate targeting strategies
Maintain an active presence in the community through in-person meetings, events, and introductions
Ability to convert digital communications into face-to-face conversations
Serve as the first point of contact for inbound leads
Qualify and respectfully disqualify opportunities based on ideal customer profile
Own the first 13 months of the customer relationship
Build strong, trust-based relationships with local business leaders
Maintain a steady pipeline of well-qualified, well-aligned sales opportunities
Ensure customers feel confident, informed, and supported during their first year
Stabilize and improve underperforming accounts
Facilitate clean, thoughtful handoffs to Service and Customer Success
Reduce reliance on the founder for early sales and relationship management
Enjoy meeting people and building relationships in person
Comfortable initiating conversations with business leaders
Ability to break through digital gatekeepers to reach real people
Organized, intentional, and reliable
Takes ownership of outcomes and follows through
Cares deeply about doing business the right way

Preferred

Experience in MSPs or professional services is helpful
