Responsibilities
Maintain confidential client files, records, and calendars
Draft petitions, motions, affidavits, and other legal documents for state, district, or federal court filings
Organize and review evidence, exhibits, and court filings for hearings, mediations, and resolutions
Conduct legal research and summarize key judicial opinions, statutes, and regulations
Work independently on routine matters and assist attorneys in resolving legal issues
Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
3+ years of litigation paralegal experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a solid understanding of legal terminology
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks under deadlines
Professional demeanor and the ability to establish effective relationships with the public, clients, and court personnel
Proficiency in digital platforms, legal research tools, and e-filing systems
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic, with a commitment to producing high-quality work
Must work fully in-office for the first six months

ICCES and CM/ECF preferred
