Responsibilities
Act as a finance business partner across Operations, Procurement, and Finance
Influence decisions by clearly framing cost drivers, risks, and trade-offs
Proactively identify cost trends, exposures, and opportunities
Serve as a trusted advisor on cost behavior and margin impact
Build and maintain transparency around materials pricing and indirect spend
Establish and maintain controls to ensure consistency and explainability
Ensure integrity of cost logic from raw materials through finished goods
Identify and resolve gaps in cost data or processes
Analyze how input cost changes impact finished goods cost
Evaluate margin expansion or degradation driven by cost movements
Provide forward-looking cost impact analysis for decisions
Support scenario-based analysis tied to sourcing, operations, or market changes
Develop clear, intuitive cost and margin reporting
Simplify complex cost structures into decision-ready insights
Continuously improve how cost information is presented and consumed
Assist with month-end close activities as assigned
Support cost-related variance explanations
Partner with Finance leadership to ensure accuracy and completeness
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
5+ years of experience in financial analysis, cost analysis, or operational finance
Preferred
Experience in food manufacturing
Exposure to ERP systems and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
