Have a broad brush that covers interior design focused employees who are not NCIDQ certificate holders
Demonstrate solid design thinking and strong knowledge of design fundamentals as expressed by their college portfolio
Possess good oral and written communication skills, and be able to clearly present and explain a design concept to supervisors and peers
Take direction from others and maintain a positive attitude
Be a self-starter and team player
Have a strong desire to learn about and to progress through the interior design profession
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
Relevant internship experience
Knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, the Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp/ Rhino (or similar), Bluebeam and Microsoft Office
Good oral and written communication skills
Ability to clearly present and explain a design concept to supervisors and peers
Ability to take direction from others and maintain a positive attitude
Self-starter and team player
Strong desire to learn about and to progress through the interior design profession
Solid design thinking and strong knowledge of design fundamentals as expressed by their college portfolio
