Project Manager – Multi-Trade Projects
Concentric Corp. is a growing operations and project services organization seeking multiple hands-on Project Managers to lead small to mid-sized technical and facility-related projects across multiple customer sites. The role involves managing several projects simultaneously while serving as the primary client point of contact and actively supporting execution in the field.

Responsibilities
Manage multiple active projects at the same time, typically supporting 3 to 5 customer accounts depending on project size and complexity
Serve as the primary client point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
Build strong customer relationships through responsiveness, technical credibility, and follow-through
Lead project planning, scheduling, coordination, and execution from kickoff through completion
Participate directly in project execution, not just delegation, including field coordination and technical problem solving
Oversee day-to-day production activities and vendor or subcontractor coordination
Monitor scope, timelines, and budgets across multiple concurrent jobs
Ensure work is completed safely and in compliance with applicable codes and standards
Coordinate materials, labor, and resources to keep projects on track
Provide regular status updates to customers and internal leadership
Support job closeout, documentation, and client satisfaction follow-up
Qualification
Required
4 or more years of project management or field leadership experience in a technical or construction-related environment
Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects
Strong client-facing communication and coordination skills
Proven ability to balance field execution with project controls
Comfortable working extended hours when project demands require it
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites
Strong working knowledge across multiple skilled trades, ideally including HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, or carpentry
Hands-on ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain facility systems and equipment
Comfortable working in active technical and construction environments
Familiar with applicable industry codes, standards, and safety requirements
Able to translate technical issues into clear plans and next steps
Preferred
Project Management Professional certification
Certified Construction Manager credential
OSHA safety certifications
