Responsibilities

Design and build end-to-end GenAI-powered applications, including web-based UIs, APIs, and backend orchestration layers
Implement and integrate LLM-driven experiences using frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex, and models from providers like OpenAI, Claude, or Gemini
Develop responsive, accessible, and modern frontend interfaces using React or Vue, with a strong focus on usability, performance, and trust in AI outputs
Build and maintain a reusable library of frontend components and hooks to enable easy adoption of GenAI capabilities across internal teams
Design, implement, and operate RAG pipelines, including vector search and embedding strategies (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Qdrant)
Collaborate with product managers and designers to iterate on UX patterns for AI-powered experiences such as prompt inputs, summaries, and citations
Define and champion operational excellence standards, including SLOs, observability, and incident response practices
Ensure security, privacy, test coverage, and compliance across the full stack
Contribute to architecture decisions, engineering standards, and best practices for AI and automation systems
Partner with platform and infrastructure teams to ensure systems scale reliably across the organization

Required

5–8 years of professional software engineering experience, including 2+ years building AI/ML-driven applications
Strong Python skills and experience developing cloud-based services using AWS, Docker, and RESTful APIs
Proficiency in frontend technologies such as React, TypeScript, or Vue, with experience building internal or enterprise applications
Hands-on experience integrating LLMs, building RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, or using orchestration frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex
Production experience with vector search and embeddings
Knowledge of secure coding practices, authentication/authorization, and internal data governance
Strong collaboration skills and a user-first mindset, with a sense of ownership and accountability
