RED Global is searching for a BlueConic Administrator to support day‑to‑day platform operations for one of their biggest global clients. The Administrator will manage the BlueConic platform, execute operational tasks, and guide internal stakeholders on proper usage without engaging in marketing or campaign-specific responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Own day‑to‑day administration of the BlueConic platform
Monitor platform health, performance, and integrations
Manage user access, permissions, and security settings
Ensure data governance standards are followed within BlueConic
Receive and fulfill requests from marketing, data, and business teams
Build or modify listeners, profile properties, segments, and consent settings as requested
Assist with configuring connections (APIs, batch imports/exports) under guidance of the Data Engineer
Perform troubleshooting and issue resolution for platform-related problems
Configure data collection, tagging, and tracking rules
Support identity resolution logic (profile merges, deduping rules)
Assist with data schema organization and metadata management
Validate data flows between BlueConic and external systems (CRM, ESP, CDP exports, etc.)
Maintain documentation for data structures, profiles, and integrations
Provide guidance on how to request segments or fields
Provide guidance on how to structure profile attributes
Provide guidance on how to properly use BlueConic features
Ensure the platform adheres to privacy, consent, and compliance guidelines
Communicate platform changes, enhancements, and capabilities to stakeholders
