Responsibilities
Collaborate with vendors to order tooling and maintain general inventory
Maintain a live inventory of used cutters cutting tool holders and used tooling
Deburr machined parts according to engineering drawings
Verify surface finishes to ensure conformity with engineering specifications
Perform cleaning of parts to prepare them for further processing
Maintain general shop housekeeping and perform routine maintenance tasks
Qualification
Required
2+ years experience working in benchwork and/or clean line
Post process machined components exiting the machine shop
Precision deburr of sharp edges
Bore scope inspection
Perform preventive maintenance on CNC Machines
Precision cleaning and handling of component
Preferred

FOD inspection and removal
