Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Sales and Production teams for both divisions
Provide excellent customer service to develop customer loyalty, enhancing the brand's reputation, and driving business success
Collect and process all payment types in Database
Work with multiple municipalities throughout the permit process
Attend weekly Customer Service & Production L-10 meetings
Book estimate for Design Specialists via phone, chat, and email
Work as a team with all division Coordinators
Maintain job documentation, including contract, permits & change orders
Address inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Communicate effectively and courteously with customers, colleagues, and supervisors
Record details of customer interactions in the company's database or CRM system
Be the contact person for the Customer and ensure a streamline process
Qualification
Required
Proven experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to learn and adapt to new software quickly
Strong typing and data entry skills
Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members professionally
Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
