Responsibilities
Lead all financial operations across North America, including FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, cost control, and performance tracking
Serve as a strategic business partner to the CEO and senior leadership, providing financial insights to support decision-making, resource prioritization, and long-term planning
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and analysis across business units, regions, and functions
Manage and optimize P&L performance across corporate and retail operations; identify growth drivers and cost-saving opportunities
Build and lead a high-performing regional finance team, including controllership, FP&A, and business finance
Partner with functional leaders (e.g., Operations, Development, Marketing, HR) to drive financial accountability and ensure alignment between strategy and spend
Collaborate with Global Finance to ensure compliance with group-wide policies, reporting standards, and internal controls
Support pricing strategy, new product/business case evaluations, expansion ROI analysis, and investment proposals
Lead annual planning and budgeting processes; ensure alignment with Chagee’s global and regional strategic goals
Drive financial governance, risk management, and audit readiness across the region
Qualification
Required
12–15 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing regional or multi-unit business finance
Strong background in FP&A, business partnering, and strategic decision support; controllership or audit background is a plus
Deep understanding of financial management in retail, QSR, or consumer services businesses
Demonstrated success in leading teams, driving operational improvements, and managing through growth and complexity
Excellent financial modeling, forecasting, and presentation skills
High level of business acumen, integrity, and cross-functional collaboration
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
Preferred
MBA or CPA/CFA preferred
