Responsibilities
Lead analysis of workflows, system configurations, and technical issues for supported applications
Scope and manage major and minor system enhancements following ISS standards and best practices
Evaluate new system functionalities and recommend prioritization and implementation strategies
Troubleshoot complex user issues and provide expert-level support
Assign and prioritize team tasks, supporting both daily operations and ad-hoc requests
Monitor project progress, addressing delays and ensuring timely delivery
Collaborate with IT, clinical, business, and operations teams to optimize workflows
Recommend and drive changes in ISS processes, change management, and operational workflows
Design and implement innovative solutions to enhance services or reduce costs under tight deadlines
Mentor team members, manage vendor relationships, and represent IT in cross-functional meetings and demonstrations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Mathematics, Healthcare Informatics or Computer Science or equivalent experience
Minimum 5 years work experience within IT
Experience with application build and configuration
Demonstrated comprehensive knowledge of clinical and/or business practices and principles
Demonstrated ability to gather information from multiple sources and analyze applicability and appropriateness, and develop an efficient workflow
Experience with organizational strategies, business operations, and end-user requirements to develop system design and training projects
Excellent interpersonal, communication, leadership and change management skills to establish and maintain positive and productive working relationships
OpTime and Anesthesia Certification Required
ITIL Foundation certification (or obtain after hire)
