Qualification
Required
A bachelor's in engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering or any other technical discipline is required
Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to articulate the advantages of our technology to customers are essential for success in this role

We are seeking someone who can think outside the box and independently tackle unfamiliar challenges
You should be comfortable dealing with adversity and confidently embrace challenges head-on
Proficiency in Computer Operating Systems, Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Networking, Switches, and Routers is highly desirable
Preferred
Knowledge of industrial networks, including VLANs, switches, firewalls, and remote access solutions
Capable of learning how to integrate automation systems with MES, LIMS, ERP, and data historian environments
Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and industrial servers/workstations
Desire to learn industrial communication protocols: OPC Classic/UA, Modbus TCP/IP, MQTT, Ethernet/IP
Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks for industrial control systems (ISA/IEC 62443)
Capable of learning Emerson Syncade MES, OSIsoft PI, AspenTech, or Aveva solutions
Knowledge of cloud integration (Azure IoT, AWS IoT) and edge computing for manufacturing data
