They are seeking a Mac Desktop Support & Office Infrastructure Administrator to provide hands-on support for Apple technology environments and manage the office's physical technology infrastructure.

Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day desktop support across the organization
Manage the Apple fleet and key SaaS applications
Own the physical technology infrastructure that keeps the office running
Work closely with teams across the institute to resolve incidents
Execute projects that enhance the IT landscape
Ensure dependable, secure, and well-documented technology operations
Qualification
Required
Experience with Jamf (Jamf Pro) device management, including enrollment, policies, configuration profiles, inventory, and reporting
Experience supporting all Apple hardware (Mac desktops and laptops, iPhone and iPad, Apple TV, peripherals, and printers), including provisioning and troubleshooting
Experience providing macOS desktop support, including end‑user troubleshooting, OS upgrades, security updates, and documentation
Experience providing basic Windows endpoint support and management (Windows10/11), including user support, updates, and basic device configuration
Willingness to learn and jump in headfirst
Preferred
Experience working at the Apple Genius Bar or as part of an Apple Authorized Service Provider
Experience administering and supporting Google Workspace (G Suite)
Experience maintaining physical office infrastructure, including workstations, cabling, network closets, Wi‑Fi, printers, and conference rooms
Experience supporting audio/visual (AV) and conference room technologies such as Zoom Rooms or Microsoft Teams
Ability to perform basic repairs and hands‑on office tasks
