Responsibilities
Define the long-term destination of product development in the age of AI at Capital One
Ensure that product managers across Capital One are equipped with AI tools and training to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
Partner directly with Senior Executives across the Enterprise, local product teams experimenting with AI, and a dedicated Strategy team to architect a roadmap that balances bold, big-picture thinking with immediate, actionable milestones
Establish a definitive future vision for AI integration and act as a catalyst for accelerating AI adoption across the organization
Demonstrate proficiency in five key areas: Human Centered, Business Focused, Technology Driven, Integrated Problem Solving, and Transformational Leadership
Qualification
Required
At least 9 years of experience working in Product Management
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
Preferred
Experience in strategy consulting, defining business strategies and delivering value
