Responsibilities
Perform board-level analysis of rejected electronic assemblies using diagnostic and test equipment
Troubleshoot complex electronic issues and determine effective corrective actions
Identify process-related versus vendor-related defects and document findings
Prepare clear and detailed failure analysis reports with supporting data
Record and explain diagnostic results to technical and cross-functional teams
Work independently while adapting to changing priorities and production needs
Provide operational support during weekends when required
Qualification
Required
Associate degree in Electronics Engineering Technology or a related field
Hands-on experience operating electronic test equipment such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, and power meters
Foundational knowledge of radio frequency principles
One to three years of experience in electronics testing or troubleshooting
Strong electronic and mechanical troubleshooting skills
Ability to work full time in an onsite manufacturing environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or a related discipline
Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics for component-level troubleshooting
Experience supporting two-way communication or subscriber radio products
