Responsibilities

Expertly operate manual lathes, mills, grinders, and ProtoTrak systems

Set up jobs independently and verify all dimensions using high-precision measuring tools to ensure every part meets client expectations

Read and interpret complex technical blueprints and detailed work instructions

Select the proper tooling for each unique job and maintain equipment to ensure peak performance

Maintain accurate records, including job logs and SPC (Statistical Process Control) forms

Required

5+ years of hands-on experience in a machine shop environment

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and thrive in a typical machine shop setting

High school diploma required

Preferred
