Partner with senior engineers to improve processes and find smarter ways to work
Develop equipment specifications and field test methods
Ensure projects meet codes, standards, and company policies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
4+ years of field and project planning experience
Strong project management and organizational skills
Proficiency with electrical engineering software and visualization tools
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and best practices
