Responsibilities
Design and prepare site development plans using AutoCAD/Civil 3D for a variety of project types
Develop stormwater management designs and models using HydroCAD in accordance with MADEP standards
Manage permitting processes and coordinate with clients, municipalities, and stakeholders
Conduct site visits and oversee construction to ensure regulatory and design compliance
Contribute to business development, proposal writing, and project planning initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE)
EIT Certification, with ability to obtain PE within 5 years
5+ years of experience in site design, grading, drainage, and permitting in Massachusetts
Proficiency with AutoCAD/Civil 3D and HydroCAD
Strong understanding of stormwater hydrology/hydraulics and land development permitting
Familiarity with land surveying techniques and construction administration
Excellent communication and project management skills
Preferred
Soils Evaluator Certificate and septic design experience a plus
Current Massachusetts PE license preferred
Massachusetts residency preferred
