Responsibilities
Manage and support a team of Video Monitoring Leads and Intervention Specialists
Ensure service level goals are met daily and month-over-month
Maintain compliance with client and company Standard Operating Procedures
Organize team workflows to ensure exceptional service delivery
Report service level successes and failures to leadership promptly
Provide coaching, feedback, and on-shift directions to employees
Support employee development and training initiatives
Address performance or attendance issues quickly and appropriately
Promote company Core Values and foster a positive, collaborative team environment
Respond to incoming alarms when needed
Participate in on-call support for Disaster Recovery operations
Qualification
Required
One (1) year or more of Lead or Supervisor experience in the alarm monitoring industry
High School Diploma or equivalent is required
Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of systems, processes, procedures and protocols
Ability to identify employee training needs through remote and in-person evaluations
Demonstrate team building skills
Demonstrate conflict resolution skills
Excellent planning and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail skills
Strong critical thinking skills and ability to exercise good judgement under pressure
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written skills
Ability to work holidays when a holiday falls on scheduled work-shift and/or if required
