Responsibilities
Inspect and test materials, components, and products at various stages of the production process
Perform measurements and tests using specialized equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
Document and report inspection results accurately and clearly
Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and regulatory requirements
Identify and report quality issues or process deviations to supervisors or the quality team
Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)
Maintain clean and organized testing areas, tools, and equipment
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality concerns
Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance product quality and process efficiency
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or technical certification preferred
1-3 years of experience in a quality control, manufacturing, or laboratory setting
Familiarity with quality assurance practices, AS9100 and ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001)
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Ability to interpret GD&T
Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
U.S. Citizenship required
Preferred
associate degree or technical certification
