Responsibilities
Lead key FP&A activities, including budgeting & forecasting, strategic planning, cash flow modeling, and more
Build robust financial and operational models to support decision‑making
Develop clear, compelling financial presentations for senior leadership
Support M&A initiatives, including modeling, diligence support, and integration analysis
Provide insights into business performance and underlying trends
Collaborate closely with accounting to ensure alignment between FP&A and financial reporting
Improve tools, forecasting approaches, and analytical frameworks
Contribute to system optimization and future platform enhancements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field; CFA a plus
5+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience
Insurance industry experience required
Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel capabilities
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Comfort working in an environment where processes continue to evolve
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights
Collaborative, improvement‑minded approach
Preferred
M&A exposure is a strong plus
