Responsibilities
Determine specifications and validate manufactured products and identify quality concerns
Thorough understanding of Work Order tickets and the ability to read and interpret Shop drawings and templates
Identify cause of errors, problems and/or defects
Assist in recommending and developing solutions to address quality concerns and to enhance quality/productivity
Discuss validation results with those responsible for products and recommend corrective actions
Qualification
Required
3+ years production line experience in a manufacturing environment; experience as a millwork assembler or master carpenter is a plus
Ability to follow oral and written communication from supervisor, lead or co-worker
The ability to see details at close range and match or detect differences between colors, including shades of color and brightness
Must be able to read tape measure
