Responsibilities
Handle incoming inquiries and provide technical/commercial support
Maintain and grow customer relationships through visits, calls, and presentations
Deliver product demos and support at conferences
Prepare quotes, process orders, and keep CRM records up to date
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a scientific field is required
Seeking candidates who have worked directly with customers in a sales or sales support capacity
Hands-on HPLC and/or LCMS experience is desired
Preferred
Nuclear medicine / radiopharmaceutical experience is a plus
