We’re looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Payroll and HR Administrator to join our team and help ensure smooth payroll operations and HR support.

Responsibilities
Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time via UKG
Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Handle pay related inquiries from employees
Coordinate with Finance and HR teams to ensure accurate reporting and reconciliation
Manage timekeeping systems, leave, regulatory filings and resolve discrepancies
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS
Support 401K and benefits administration and open enrollment
Assist with compliance reporting and audits
Provide general administrative support to the HR team
Qualification
Required
3+ years of payroll experience required
Knowledgeable in HR processes and employment laws
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Preferred
Experience with UKG strongly preferred
