Responsibilities
Processes job requisitions and posts positions on various job boards
Performs data entry in ADP applicant tracking – post positions, process hires, onboarding, and other related activities
Coordinates with the hiring manager to determine the best recruiting process for the position(s). Actively researches roles to gain an understanding of hiring needs
Screens, schedules, and interviews applicants
Actively identifies efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies. Continually improves the recruiting process
Extends verbal and written job offers
Maintains employee referral program
Coordinates administrative processes and communication related to recruiting, hiring, and onboarding
Coordinates background checks and new-hire drug testing
Assists with onboarding and orientation of new employees
Tracks recruitment activities and candidate sources to support business reporting
Uses tracked data to generate time to fill reports and other recruiting analytics
Qualification
Required
Two years of recruiting experience
One year of administrative work experience
Associate's degree, preferably in human resources
Excellent communication – both written and verbal, with strong interviewing skills/techniques
Exceptional customer service skills and ability to work effectively with individuals in all levels of the organization
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, job boards, and HRIS or other recruitment systems
Preferred
Professional certification such as PHR
ADP Workforce Recruitment and/or LinkedIn solutions (or similar applications)
