Responsibilities
Oversee monthly, annual, and other financial reporting in compliance with GAAP and industry standards
Manage year-end audit activities and coordinate information requests from external auditors
Lead the annual budgeting process and support ad-hoc projections and forecasting
Monitor budget variances and collaborate with business leaders to provide financial insights
Review journal entries, including accruals, allocations, and prepaids, within the NetSuite General Ledger
Oversee monthly account reconciliations using Blackline and resolve discrepancies efficiently
Prepare and distribute monthly financial reporting packages with clear commentary on variances and key metrics
Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and procedures, recommending and implementing improvements as needed
Lead special projects and additional initiatives that support departmental and organizational goals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required)
Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance
At least 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience
Hands-on experience with NetSuite, Blackline, PowerBI, Spreadsheet Server, or similar reporting tools; advanced Excel skills
Experience working in multi-entity or divisional environments
Strong understanding of internal controls, audits, and GAAP compliance
Proven leadership, communication, and analytical skills
High integrity, sound judgment, and a continuous improvement mindset
