Responsibilities
Curate and pack jewelry orders with 100% accuracy
Create a premium unboxing experience using our signature packaging — ribbons, tissue, tags, and all
Ensure on-time, error-free shipping using platforms like ShipStation or Easyship
Coordinate with trusted carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL)
Treat every order like a $10,000 ring (because it might be)
Qualification
Required
Experience in boutique-level e-commerce, luxury retail, or order fulfillment involving small, high-value items (jewelry, cosmetics, watches, etc.)
Excellent attention to detail — you triple-check your work before you say 'done.'
Polished presentation skills with an eye for symmetry, neatness, and luxury appeal
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated — the kind of person others trust with delicate items
Preferred
Familiarity with shipping/label software (a plus, not required)
