Customer Service Representative (Loan/Mortgage Experience Preferred) -- JAIDC5728274
Compunnel Inc. is collaborating with Infosys to fill the role of Customer Service Representative. The primary responsibility of this role is to execute transactions and ensure compliance with service level agreements, while providing exceptional customer support through various communication channels.
Responsibilities
Answer multilingual inbound and make outbound calls, related to:
Online and in-person training
Certification programs; and New program inquiries
Respond to phone, email and live chat inquiries from course participants, trainers, instructor trainers, training partners, and the general public in a timely and professional manner
Troubleshoot course creation and training registration issues
Troubleshoot and assist with course payments (upon approval by senior team members)
Resolve login and course access issues including addressing issues with multiple profiles
Participate in quality calibration sessions
Qualification
Required
Minimum Experience: 1-2 years with experience in Contact Center of 12 months

Basic troubleshooting skills
