Responsibilities
Own end-to-end electrical architecture across propulsion, power, controls, and communications
Define system topologies, interfaces, grounding, and shielding strategies
Create system-level diagrams (block diagrams, power trees, schematics)
Develop and validate power budgets and current paths
Lead component selection (power electronics, BMS, sensors, controllers, comms)
Partner with software and mechanical teams to deliver manufacturable, reliable systems
Apply reliability practices (FMEA, DFMEA, MTBF) and support safety / EMC compliance
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of experience in system-level electrical design
Experience taking systems from prototype to production
Background in robotics, autonomous systems, marine, aerospace, or similar domains
Strong power distribution and component selection experience
Proficiency with electrical CAD and reliability analysis
Must be authorized to work in the U.S
