Responsibilities
Design and implement Financial Results ( BVA) dashboards for project tracking and performance monitoring
Automate workflows for project code creation and streamline approval processes
Optimize and streamline accounting master data for accuracy and consistency
Develop solutions for cross-charge automation and simplify end-to-end workflows
Streamline Statements of Work (SOWs) process validation
Support finance-related enhancements and ad hoc activities as needed
Partner with Finance and IT teams to ensure compliance and alignment with enterprise standards
Document processes and provide training for automated solutions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in IT, Finance, Accounting, or related field
5+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or IT roles for data automation
Proficiency in Power BI for dashboard creation and data automation
Strong Excel skills and experience with financial systems
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Strong proficiency in reporting/automation tools (e.g., Power BI, Alteryx, or similar)
Advanced skills in data integration, workflow design, and dashboard development
Solid understanding of financial processes (budgeting, forecasting, project accounting)
Ability to translate finance requirements into automated IT solutions
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
